USA Rugby appoint SportLoMo as its new Membership Software partner (February 2020)
Lafayette, Colorado | Following a recent tender process, USA Rugby appoint SportLoMo as its new Membership software partner. Under the partnership SportLoMo will provide a membership registration and game management solution for USA Rugby and its affiliated regional organizations across the United States.
The SportLoMo software platform will support USA Rugby’s active membership of over 100,000 members, including supporting more than 45 State Rugby Organizations (SRO), Geographical Unions and Collegiates.
SportLoMo will provide Member Registration and Competition Management for Rugby across the US. The software platform includes Referee & Match Official Management and electronic Team Rosters (integrated). USA will also use SportLoMo’s Learning Management, Child Protection and Event Management Modules (Team Registration, Donations, Tournament Registration).
USA Rugby are in the process of restructuring over the coming months.
The current suspension of sanctioned rugby activities caused by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the existing financial challenges facing the Union, and a reorganization process is now in progress with input from World Rugby.

Rugby is one of the largest sports on the platform. Customers include Ireland Rugby, Canada Rugby, Portugal, Switzerland & Austria Rugby, USA Rugby and USA National Colleges Rugby. The company has a long history of working with Rugby.
Seamus Kyne, CEO of SportLoMo explains “In Canada, we have successfully implemented a fully integrated member registration, online payments and event registration platform for Rugby Canada. All Canadian provincial unions use the platform for their competition management.
In Ireland, all domestic rugby games, at all levels, are managed on our competition management system. Leinster and Muster Rugby have an individual playing history for each player going back 8 and 10 years respectively.”
