SportLoMo invest in Canadian Servers
As part of our ongoing investment in the Canadian and North American markets, SportLoMo has commenced hosting data in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Canada.
To facilitate the requirement for Canadian sports to have their data stored in Canada, SportLoMo commissioned a hosting environment with AWS Canada in August 2021.
This coincided with the commencement of the roll-out of the new SportLoMo Membership and Event Registration platform with Volleyball Canada.
The AWS Canada infrastructure allows SportLoMo to provide our Canadian and United States customers greater fault tolerance, resiliency, and availability of the SportLoMo Software as a Service.
Our existing infrastructure is hosted in ISO 9000 compliant data center in Europe (Ireland and Germany). Data is retained in the EU.
Partnering with AWS Canada ensures we not only provide one of the most extensive sports admin platforms on the market but it now also ensures the platform is always available to Canadian and North American customers and its data never leaves Canada.
New Modules developed to Navigate Covid 19
SportLoMo have also introduced a number of new modules to help our sports organizations navigate their way through the new world of Covid 19.
The ability to track and trace athletes during games and training, and the ability to verify and record that athletes have been vaccinated, have helped our administrators keep their sports active during these difficult times. We continue to add more functionality to assist our sports.
SportLoMo Attendance Tracker / Contact Tracing / Health Attestation module is free to all our users.
