SportLoMo is excited to welcome Caitlin Devlin as our new Canada-based Project Manager, supporting our North American sport organizations.
Caitlin brings over a decade of experience in sport operations and event delivery, most recently serving as Sport Services Specialist with the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC). From 2020 to 2025, playing a key role in preparing, registering and ensuring smooth onsite operations of Team Canada for the Tokyo 2020, Beijing 2022 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games, as well as the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games. Caitlin has also helped lead the development of the Canadian Olympic Committee’’s Games Management System and worked closely with more than 65 National Sport Organizations (NSOs), delivering hands-on support and training of Team Canada’s Games Portal throughout multiple Games cycles.
Previously, Cailtin worked with Volleyball Canada as Events Coordinator, where she worked closely with Provincial Sport Organizations and supported operations for over 20 indoor and beach national championships across Canada.
With a deep background in sport systems, client services, large-scale event logistics and project management Caitlin is well positioned to support SportLoMo’s Canadian partners and drive successful outcomes.
